K-State, Oklahoma State set for 2:35 pm kick

MANHATTAN, Kan. - Kansas State officials announced Monday that the Wildcats' 2006 Big 12 Conference home opener vs. Oklahoma State at Bill Snyder Family Stadium on Saturday, Oct. 7, will start at 2:35 p.m. (CDT).

There will be no live television for the game, marking the second straight week that the Wildcats will not be televised as part of the Big 12's weekly package.

The contest will air live on radio over the 31-station K-State Sports Network with Wyatt Thompson calling the action and former K-State quarterback Stan Weber providing the analysis.
