Missouri Sets 1 p.m. Kickoff for K-State Game

MANHATTAN, Kan. The Kansas State Athletics Department learned Wednesday that the Wildcats’ football game at Missouri on Oct. 21 has been set for a 1 p.m. (CST) kickoff at Faurot Field by MU Athletics officials.

The game was not selected for either over-the-air or cable television distribution by the Big 12’s television partners and there is no live television available for the contest.

Missouri did consider the option of a pay-per-view telecast, but eventually decided against it as plenty of tickets remain available for the game, according to the MU Athletics Department.

The game will air live over the 31-station K-State Sports Network, with Wyatt Thompson calling the action and former K-State quarterback Stan Weber providing the analysis.

Kansas State will put a 13-game winning streak vs. Missouri on the line when the Wildcats visit Columbia, Mo., on Oct. 21.
