MANHATTAN, Kan. - Kansas State equestrian rider Kara Guy was named one of four January National Collegiate Equestrian Association (NCEA) Riders of the Month. Guy earned her honor in Reining.

"We are really proud of Kara for earning the January NCEA Rider of the Month honors," said K-State head coach Casie Maxwell. "As a team we have had some tough times in the last few meets, but she has really stayed focused on her goals and making the necessary changes. It is great to see her reap the benefits of her hard work."
