Major: Agricultural Economics, Pre-Law

Riding Background (before college): I competed in Arabian shows and qualified three times for the Arabian Horse Association Youth National Championships.

Record/Accomplishments as a Wildcat:

- 3 first place English Advanced WTC which qualified me for Regional competition this spring (2008).

- 4 first place Western Novice finishes which qualified me for Regional competition in 2007.

Why I chose K-State: I chose K-State for the Agriculture program and the Equestrian Team.

My favorite part about being a student-athlete: Riding horses every day!

Favorite part about being on the team: My amazing teammates (human and equine)

Favorite Manhattan restaurant: Chipotle

An interesting pre-show ritual I have is: Shaking around like Jello to loosen up!

The CD in my CD player right now is: Justin Timberlake, Britney Spears, or Stoney LaRue.

The last book I read was: All the Pretty Horses
If I could have any superpower it would be: Predict the future

Favorite TV show: “Grey’s Anatomy”

Plans after graduation: Attend law school and buy some Arabian horses

Hometown: Albia, Iowa

Major: Public Relations, Pre-Law

Riding Background (before college): I showed in the International Bucksin Horse Association for 15 years.  I’m a two time ABHA World Champion in Western Showmanship.

Record/Accomplishments as a Wildcat:

- For the 2006-07 show season I was 2-4 for the Wildcats in Horsemanship.

Why I chose K-State: I came here for the equestrian team.

My favorite part about being a student-athlete: Making life-long friends.

Favorite part about being on the team: I love being part of a team and the activities we all take part in together.

An interesting pre-show ritual I have is: I always need lipstick and perfume.

If I could have any superpower it would be: Snapping my fingers to change my location instantly (it would save time from driving everywhere)
