The Wildcats are coming off another solid season that saw them finish fourth overall in the Big 12 while the Western squad made an improbable run through the 2011 Varsity Equestrian National Championships to capture Reserve National Champion honors for the second year in a row.

K-State will look to continue their recent successes this season as they open up 2011 on September 10 with the first-annual Purple and White Scrimmage, followed by a dual against Minnesota-Crookston on September 23 to open up regular season action.
