Wildcats Tied for Eleventh in Arizona

"Today was a little frustrating for us all," head coach Kristi Knight. "Round two (15-over par 303) was not a good round for us. Olivia (Eliasson) hung in there and turned in a solid score."

Sophomore Madison Talley and freshman Connie Jaffrey are each tied for 45th at a 5-over par 149, while senior Carly Ragains finished the day with an 8-over par 152 to sit in a tie for 61st. Sophomore Katherine Gravel-Coursol is tied for 76th after carding a 13-over par 157, and, playing as an individual, junior Scotland Preston finished the day tied for 72nd at carded a 11-over par 155.
"We have work to do tomorrow," Knight said. "We cannot change the scores from today, but we can respond with a strong finish tomorrow."
Tennessee leads the team competition with a score of 8-under par 279 and is paced by Lucia Polo, who is tied for third at 3-under par 141. Tied at the top of the individual leaderboard are Oklahoma's Hannah Wood and Oregon's Cathleen Santoso, both of whom finished the day at 4-under par 140.
