DALLAS, Texas— Despite gusty winds, the Kansas State women’s golf team turned in a second-round score of 31-over par 319 to sit in sixth of the Dallas Athletic Club Invitational at the par 72, 6,301-yard Dallas Athletic Golf Club.

Gianna Misenhelter moved up one spot on the leaderboard to sit in a tie for fourth. The junior fired a 5-over par 77 in the second round and looks to continue her solid play to earn her first top-five finish of the season.

Carly Ragains turned in an 11-over par 83 in the second round to sit in a tie for 17th, and two strokes behind Ragains was Olivia Eliasson. Eliasson remained solid in the second round moving up two spots on the leaderboard, as she currently sits in a tie for 24th.
