Wildcats Finish 12th in Tough MoMorial

BRYAN, Texas The Kansas State women’s golf team notched a 12th place finish at the Texas A&M Mo’Morial in Bryan, Texas this past weekend. The Wildcats carded a 326-322-318966.

 

Arizona State captured the team title with rounds of 303-296-294893 (+29). Southern California’s Paola Moreno shot a 74-70-72216 (E) to win the individual title.

 

Junior Michelle Regan posted a 79-77-76232 (+16) to finish the tournament in 22nd place.

 

Senior Helene Robert carded an 82-82-78242 (+26) to finish tied for 49th.

 

Other Wildcats in the field included junior Hailey Mireles who shot a 81-82-81244 (+28) to finish in 54th place, freshman Abbi Sunner posted a 84-81-83248 (+32) to finish tied for 61st, and senior Katy Heffel who carded an 84-84-83251 (+35) to finish tied for 71st

 

The Wildcats next action will be at the Mountain View Collegiate at Mountain View Golf Course in Tucson, Ariz. on March 24th and 25th.
