MANHATTAN, Kan. - The Kansas State women's golf team will travel to its third event of the spring season as the Wildcats head to Tucson, Arizona, to compete in the Mountain View Collegiate Invitational, March 20-21, at the par-72, 6,227-yard Mountain View Golf Club.

Five members of the K-State squad will be competing in the tournament with senior Olivia Eliasson, freshman Connie Jaffrey, senior Carly Ragains, as well as sophomores Madison Talley and Katherine Gravel-Coursol comprising the scoring lineup.

"I think we are trending the right way heading into this event," head coach Kristi Knight said. "I saw a lot of good things in two of the three rounds last event. It is about staying in the present tense and focusing on the process of playing.

Kansas State will be joined by 19 other teams, including Arkansas State, BYU, Cal Fullerton, Colorado State, Florida International, Iowa, Iowa State, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico State, Northern Arizona, North Texas, Old Dominion, Ohio State, Purdue, Texas State, UNC Greensboro and Wyoming
