Volleyball Match vs. West Virginia Set for 2 p.m., Features Free Admission

MANHATTAN, Kan. – First serve for the volleyball match between K-State and West Virginia on Saturday has been set for 2 p.m. in Bramlage Coliseum, K-State Athletics officials announced.

The Big 12 matchup features free admission as part of a Wildcat doubleheader in Manhattan. Following the afternoon volleyball match, K-State football will take on TCU at 6:30 p.m., in Bill Snyder Family Stadium.

Parking for the West Virginia match will be similar to the Varney’s Invitational held earlier this season. Volleyball fans who do not have reserved football parking at Bill Snyder Family Stadium may park in Lot D-1 west of Memorial Stadium between Denison and Sunset streets and ride a shuttle to Bramlage Coliseum. Shuttles will run approximately every 20 minutes and end one hour after the conclusion of the match.

The home match for the Wildcats will be their fourth in Bramlage this season. K-State, which is 4-0 at home, swept Green Bay and UNLV as well as beat Cal in four sets during the Varney’s Invitational in early September.

Prior to facing the Mountaineers, K-State travels to Ames to take on Iowa State on Wednesday at 6:30 p.m.
