HEAD WOMEN'S SOCCER COACH
Responsibilities include but are not limited to coaching, teaching and evaluating women's soccer student-athletes in all areas of the women's soccer program; scout and recruit student-athletes, which includes travel and on-campus visits; collect and analyze tactical and statistical data of opponents and design/develop strategies; create and promote the philosophy and objectives of the women's soccer program, as well as rules and regulations of K-State Athletics, Kansas State University, the Big 12 Conference and NCAA; participate in public relations activities; represent K-State Athletics at professional, civic, charitable and alumni events; and participate in approved fundraising activities, clinics, exhibitions and camps.
Bachelor's Degree; three to five years of experience at a 4-year collegiate institution in a women's soccer program as a full-time coach with demonstrated knowledge and ability to perform successful soccer instruction; working knowledge of NCAA rules and compliance issues concerning administration of intercollegiate athletics; excellent communication and organizational skills; demonstrated ability to coach and recruit female student-athletes with potential for academic and athletic success; and must have a valid driver's license at all times and be able to travel and work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
Master's Degree; experience playing at the collegiate and/or professional soccer level.

ASSISTANT EQUIPMENT MANAGER
A full-time, salaried, local agency position. Responsibilities include but are not limited to management of the track, field, cross country and future soccer equipment programs, as well as many of the day-to-day operations of the football equipment room and laundry rooms; manage the Nike Footwear and Accessories Program; interview, train, schedule, and supervise student managers, oversee electronic inventory system for all equipment and apparel; and must be present at all competitions and practices to ensure coaches' and student-athletes' equipment requirements are met.
Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of one year of experience working in a NCAA Division I football or NFL equipment program; must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required in an environment of weather/temperature extremes; must be able to perform job duties in an environment containing strong fumes and odors, high noise and activity levels; must be able to lift approximately 25 lbs, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, and bend, climb and balance; and must be able to travel and possess a valid driver's license at all times.
