    Dear Wildcat Alumni and Friends,

The support and loyalty of Wildcat fans is a cornerstone of the Kansas State Athletic Department. We appreciate your outstanding support. As dedicated fans, you must be committed to compliance with the rules and regulations of the NCAA and the Big XII Conference.

Under NCAA regulations the University is held responsible for the actions of our boosters. "Representatives of athletic interest" may not engage in any recruitment activities or provide benefits or privileges to prospective and enrolled student-athletes. This site has been developed to assist in the continuing education of "representatives of athletic interests".

Please carefully study the information we have provided for you in this site. The Kansas State Athletic Department is proud to have the loyal support and continued interest in its athletics programs by you. As we strive for continued excellence, we must always seek the highest standard of ethical conduct. With your assistance and cooperation, we believe we can accomplish our goals.

If you have any questions about various rules and regulations, please do not hesitate to contact the Compliance Office. Your cooperation, compliance and support are greatly appreciated.

    Tim Weiser
