2000 CROSS COUNTRY: A NCAA All-American after finishing sixth overall at the NCAA Championships with a time of 20:50.01... Won the inaugural Regional Cross Country Runner of the Year honor, as winner of the Midwest Region at the NCAA Championships... Won her second straight Midwest Regional title, clocking 20:34 to beat teammate Korene Hinds... Finished second at the Big 12 Championships running 20:06... Selected the Big 12 Runner of the Week, Sept. 6, after winning the season-opening Wichita State Gold Classic... Also won the Woody Greeno title for the second consecutive season... Finished fourth at the Pre-NCAA Invitational with a time of 21:00... An All-Big 12 Academic first team honoree and fall and spring Big 12 Commissioner's Honor Roll selection.

1999 CROSS COUNTRY: A NCAA All-American, All-Midwest Region and All-Big 12 runner, as well as the conference and team Freshman of the Year... Named the Big 12 Runner of the Week, Sept. 21... The 1999 Midwest Regional champion with a time of 16:59... Placed 12th at the NCAA Championships with a time of 16:59... Finished fourth overall with a time of 17:11 at the Big 12 Championships...Was fourth overall in a field of 228 at the Pre-NCAA meet, clocking a time of 17:23... Placed 14th at the Stanford Invitational with a time of 17:25 over 5,000 meters... Made an immediate impact, winning her first two collegiate events at the Maple Leaf Invitational (10:59) and the Woody Greeno Invitational (17:37).
RILEY COUNTY HS: Captured the Kansas high school record and Golden West Championship in the mile with a time of 4:44.09... Four-time 3A state cross country champion and a national Foot Locker cross country All-American in 1998... Four-time 3A state track champion in the 3,200 meters... State champion in the 1,600 meters following the 1997, 1998 and 1999 seasons... State champion in the 800 for the 1998 and 1999 seasons...
