The Wildcat distance runners competed in several events to finish up at the Sevigne Husker Invitational. After a career-best performance from Martina Tresch in the first day of competition, K-State got another career-best performance from Logan Smith in the 800 meter.

The Wildcats now shift their focus to Ames, Iowa for one of the biggest meets of the indoor season, the Iowa State Classic. With the Big 12 Championships only two weeks away and the NCAAs in a little over a month, the competition is expected to be fierce for K-State.
