Date and Time:  Sunday, January 15th, 2012
                        Field Events will begin at 9:00 a.m.
                        Track Events will begin at 11:30 a.m.

Place: All events will be held in Ahearn Field House on the Ward Haylett Track. Our track surface is Rekortan and our shot put ring is concrete.

Eligibility: There is a PRE-HIGH School Division and a HIGH School Division. Make sure you enter the appropriate division.

Entries: Entries must be done ONLINE. Entries will be accepted beginning Monday, January 2nd, 2012.  Entries will close  by 12:00 (noon) Wednesday, January 11th. Please follow these directions. Everyone competing on a relay must be entered as an individual somewhere.  

No day of the meet walk-up entries will be accepted!

Entry Fee: There is a $20.00 entry fee per athlete. No limit on number of events an athlete may participate in. Entry Fee can be paid at check-in on day of the meet.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you enter more than 1 event make sure the meet schedule allows you to be at all your events on time. We  WILL NOT hold up events for athletes competing in other events. We will attempt to re-order where we can, but the meet WILL move forward if you are not there.

Shot Put, Long Jump: All competitors will be given four  (4) attempts only.

Awards: Invitational T-Shirts to first place in each High School Event.
