Messick Named to USTFCCCA All-Academic Team
Michael Smith is in his 17th year as a member of the coaching staff at K-State and sixth year at the helm of the men's and women's cross country teams.
K-State Cross Country has produced some of the best single season performances in Big 12 history.
15 K-State Cross Country runners have won a total of 22 All America Awards, and have been named to 22 All Conference Teams.
The Powercat strength and conditioning program is designed to "build better athletes," not to develop powerlifters, Olympic weightlifters, or body-builders.
