2009 Cross Country (Junior) - Competedin all six events for the Wildcats... Postedthree top-20 finishes and a 60th-place finish at the Big 12 Championships(10/31) in Columbia, Mo., with a 6K time of 23:35.59.

2009 Outdoor - Ran a personal best time of 36:32.95 in the 10,000M at the Kansas Relays to finish second... finished 14^th at the Big 12 Championship running in 38:50.79... also ran the 1,500M at the Pepsi Invitational finishing 10^th in 4:47.72.

2009 Indoor - Ran a variety of distance events during the indoor season posting personal best times in all three... finished eight at the ISU Classic in the mile run with a personal best time of 5:11.32... finished third in the 1,000M during the KSU Open in 3:04.01... took fourth place in the 3,000M at the Conference Challenge finishing in 10:20.14... also ran a leg of the distance medley relay twice helping the Wildcats finish fourth at the Husker Invitational and 11^th at the ISU Classic.

2008 Cross Country (Sophomore) - Competed in the Cowboy Jamboree (10/4), Big 12 Championships (11/1) and Midwest Regional Championships (11/16)... Finished 75th at the Big 12 Championships with a 6K time of 23:36.25.

2008 Outdoor - Competed in the 800M and 1,500M for the Wildcats... finished 10^th at the KT Woodman Classic in the 800M with a personal best time of 2:26.65... finished eighth or better in four meets running the 1,500M with her best finish coming at the Ward Haylett Invitational running a personal best time of 4:42.69 and finishing third.

2008 Indoor - Posted two top 10 finishes at the NWU Invitational finishing seventh in the 1,000M and fifth in the mile... finished fifth in the mile at the ISU Classic... ran a leg of the distance medley relay to help the Wildcats finish 10^th at the Big 12 Championship.

2007 Cross Country (Freshman) - Competed in three events for the Wildcats, with her best finish coming in the K-State/KU dual (9/7) in Manhattan at Warner Park finishing 12th with a time of 20:05.8.

Saint Thomas Aquinas HS - Competed in all four years of cross country and track for the Saints... Apart of two State championship teams in track and field (2006) and cross country (2004)... Held the school record for the Saints in the 4x800 relay and distance medley relay... Owns the second best time in school history the 4K race with a time of 15:34... Three-time state champion in the 4x800 relay (2004, 2005, 2006)... Named to the Kansas City Star's All-Metro cross country team in 2004... Honored as an academic All-State athlete in the fall of 2004.
