2009 Outdoor - Finished sixth in the 800M at the Big 12 Championship clocking in at 1:52.03... set a personal record at the Big 12 Championship during the preliminary heat at 1:49.86... took second place at the Sun Angel Classic with a time of 1:50.19... finished first in the 1,500M at the Nebraska Quad with a personal best time of 3:53.34... finished 13^th at the NCAA Midwest Regional in the 800M with a time of 1:51.33.

2009 Indoor - redshirt season.

2008 Cross Country - Competed in three races for the Wildcats with his best time coming at the Pre-NCAA Invitational clocking in at 27:23.8 to finish second on the team and 257^th overall... finished third for the Wildcats at the Big 12 Championship in 28:08.28 on the 8K course and 77^th overall.

Kansas - Competed two years for the Jayhawks and is a two-time All-Big 12 performer in the 800m.

Ottawa HS - Two-time state champion in the 800m as a senior and junior...finished as the runner-up his sophomore year...placed seventh at the 2005 Nike Outdoor Nationals...graduated with a 4.0 GPA and was a member of FCA and the student council.
