  • Did not allow an earned run in eight straight outings from April 3-May 5
  • Earned the win and struck out a season-high 4 against Wichita State on May 31 in the Manhattan Regional


Sophomore (2012)

  • Saw time in 22 games, including seven midweek starts
  • Went 2-4 with a 5.21 ERA, allowing 28 earned runs over 48.1 innings with 20 walks and 44 strikeouts
  • Was better in conference play out of the bullpen when he earned a 1-0 record with a 2.51 ERA, six walks and 19 strikeouts in nine relief appearances
  • Began the season on a high note at CSU Bakersfield on Feb. 20 when he allowed an unearned run on three hits with four strikeouts in 4.1 innings
  • Earned his first win of the season when he surrendered a run on three hits with no walks and three strikeouts in a three-inning predetermined pitch count start at Minnesota on March 14
  • Picked up the win in his next outing at No. 8 Texas A&M on March 16 when he tossed two perfect innings with two strikeouts
  • Also tossed 1.2 scoreless innings against No. 21 Texas on March 24
  • Suffered a tough-luck loss at Missouri State on April 11 when he gave up two unearned runs on one hit in three innings
  • Best start of the year came against Northern Colorado on April 17 when he tossed a career-long five innings, allowing one run on four hits with four strikeouts
  • Toss three no-hit innings with five strikeouts against Oklahoma State on April 27
  • Was dominant against Kansas on May 13 when he tossed four no-hit innings with a career-best seven strikeouts... It was the most strikeouts by a reliever in Big 12 play in over two years


Freshman (2011)

  • Saw increased action as the season progressed, throwing in 17 games
  • Held a 1-0 record and a 3.44 ERA, allowing seven earned runs on 17 hits with 10 walks and 15 strikeouts in 18.1 innings
  • Limited opponents to a .254 batting average
  • Registered three strikeouts in his first career appearance against Long Island on March 11
  • Tossed 3.0 scoreless innings with two walks and two strikeouts at No. 5 Texas on March 20
  • Picked up the win against No. 5 Texas A&M on April 3 when he threw 1.1 scoreless frames


Boulder HS:
Lettered four years for the Panthers under head coach Steve Disbrow... Was named all-region and all-conference as a sophomore, junior and senior... Earned a 15-1 career record with a 1.78 ERA... His 15 wins are the most in a career in Boulder High School history... Only played in seven games as a senior due to injury, but went 3-0 on the mound and hit .647 with 11 RBI.

Jared Weston Moore was born March 25, 1992, in Boulder, Colo... Son of Fred and the late Molly Moore... Father, Fred, played basketball at Missouri... Has two siblings, David and Caroline... David played baseball at Lamar, while Caroline played soccer at Colorado... Graduated in May of 2014 with a degree in marketing.
