After spending a year away from baseball in 2000, Brock came back strong last season and was a key ingredient in the improvement of the pitching staff... Was the Wildcats’ No. 3 weekend starter for most of the season... Coaches say that he is much better than he was a year ago... Command has gotten better... Improved his breaking ball... Has done a much better job of staying within himself.
