Craig Tweedy is in his third season as the primary athletic trainer for baseball Kansas State after being hired in January 2010.
Prior to coming to Manhattan, Tweedy worked at Pima Community College in Tucson, Ariz., as he was the primary care provider for numerous sports.
Tweedy earned his master's degree in Teaching and Teacher Education from the University of Arizona in May 2009. While at U of A, Tweedy was a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer and was the primary care provider for the Arizona baseball program and assisted with Wildcat football, as well as 16 other sports.
During the 2006-07 athletic year, Tweedy worked as an Intern in Athletic Training at the University of Colorado where he was the primary care provider for the women's tennis team, while assisting with football.
A native of Redding, Calif., Tweedy earned his bachelor's degree in Kinesiology-Athletic Training from Fresno State in May 2005, working as a Student Athletic Trainer.
