MANHATTAN, Kan. - K-State Athletics and the K-State Student Union Program Council (UPC) have partnered to present two special events at K-State baseball games over the next three weeks.

On Sunday, March 24, after the Wildcats take on Bethune-Cookman in a 1 p.m., contest, an egg hunt will be held in the outfield of Tointon Family Stadium. All children in attendance can participate and will be broken into different age groups. Parents of children age 3 and younger will be allowed on the field. Willie the Wildcat and the springtime bunny will also be on hand to take photos, while prizes will be provided by both K-State Athletics and the UPC.

For the first time since 2010, a fireworks display will follow a Big 12 contest on Friday, April 5, contest against Texas Tech. The show is presented by K-State Athletics and the UPC. The game, which begins at 6:30 p.m., also serves as "Pack the Park Night" as all tickets and hot dogs are only $1 while supplies last.

To order tickets to either contest, or any other remaining home game, fans can contact the K-State Athletics ticket office online at www.k-statesports.com/tickets, by phone at 1-800-221-CATS or in person at the ticket office inside Bramlage Coliseum.
