Ranked as the No. 7 shooting guard by Lindy's and No. 8 at that position by Future Stars... Expected to play a major role in the K-State backcourt... Is equally adept at slashing to the basket or pulling up from 3-point distance... Reputation is as a scorer... Originally signed with Oklahoma out of high school following an all-state career at Little Rock (Ark.) Central... Played just one season at OU.

Junior College (2001-02 Season)
A third team NJCAA All-American... Tabbed the Region 2 MVP on a unanimous vote by the region coaches... Averaged 19.4 points, 5.5 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game while leading Arkansas-Fort Smith to a seventh-place showing in the NJCAA Tournament... Averaged nearly 17 ppg during the NJCAA Tournament... Shot 49.5 percent from the floor and 45 percent from 3-point distance for the season... Coached by Doc Sadler.
