Signed as a freshman mid-year enrollee on Feb. 27, 2013 with four years of eligibility... Was granted an initial eligibility waiver by the NCAA and will be eligible to practice and compete at the conclusion of the 2013 Fall semester... Named to the Spring 2013 Big 12 Commissioner's Honor Roll... Coached by Bruce Weber.

Summer 2013:
Traveled to Vilnius and Klaipeda, Lithuania with Athletes in Action from August 6-19... The team posted a 4-1 record... Averaged 13.6 points on 47.2 percent shooting (26-of-55) with 4.8 assists, 4.6 rebounds and 1.2 steals per game during AIA's five-game tour... Started four games, averaging 28.4 minutes per game... Scored in double figures in three games, including a tour-high 23 points in a 103-92 win over Siauliai on August 17... Poured in 20 points in a win over Baltai on August 12... Dished out at least three assists in all five games, including a tour-best eight vs. Neptunas on August 15.

High School: Rated as No. 22 and No. 26 point guard in nation by Scout.com and Rivals.com, respectively... Played one season at St. John's Northwest Military Academy in Delafield, Wis. ... Averaged 15 points and seven assists in his lone season at St. John's Northwest... Named most outstanding player of the 2013 National Prep School Invitational in Providence, R.I., from Jan. 31 to Feb. 3 after averaging 17 points and eight assists per game... Posted 17 points, seven rebounds and seven assists in the team's first-round upset of St. Thomas More (Conn.)... Also tallied eight points and eight assists in a win over Notre Dame (Mass.) Prep... Scored a tournament-high 26 points in a loss to Worcester (Mass.) Academy... Performed well at the Best Western Plus Caisson Shootout in Waynesboro, Va., posting 38 points, 13 rebounds and five assists against power Hargrave (Va.) Military Academy... Also played at for head coach Isaiah F. Pitts at Quality Education Academy in Winston-Salem, N.C., where he played alongside future teammate Brandon Bolden... Helped the Fighting Pharoahs to a 23-6 overall record and a 10-1 league mark... Team had a perfect 12-0 mark at home and a nine-game winning streak in 2011-12... Also led the school to a No. 7 rank in the state of North Carolina and among the Top 300 in the nation... Ended the season with a 79-68 win vs. Body of Christ Academy in the GCHSAA Tournament...
