One of the Big 12's top returning big men... Earned all-newcomer accolades as a junior and is a candidate for all-conference recognition in 2002-03... Kansas State's leading retuning scorer and rebounder... A member of the Big 12 All-Star team that toured Scandanavia during the summer of the 2002 Big 12.

As A Junior (2001-02 Season)
Made a smooth transition to the Division I level after a stellar career at Pensacola JC... Was the only Wildcat to start all 29 games during 2001-02... Averaged 12.1 ppg and scored in double figures in 21 of 29 contests... Paced the `Cats on the glass in 23 games and averaged 8.4 rebounds for the season... His 8.4 rebounding average ranked fourth in the Big 12 and equaled the third-best rebound average in the last 20 seasons at K-State... Recorded 10 double-doubles in 2001-02, including three of the last four games of the year... His nine regular-season double-doubles tied for fifth in the Big 12... Owned Kansas State's highest field-goal percentage and ranked fourth in the Big 12, shooting at a 55.8-percent (126-for-226) clip for the year... Registered 46 blocks to lead the team and rank tied for fourth on the K-State single-season blocked shots list... Blocked-shot average also ranked fourth in the Big 12 in blocks per game (1.59)... Played in 27 games at Pensacola (Fla.) as a sophomore, averaging 18.9 points, 8.6 rebounds and 1.8 assists... Led Pensacola to a 21-9 record in 2000-01 in the rugged Panhandle Conference... Also shot 61.5 percent from the field (190 of 309) and 60.6 percent from the free throw line (131 of 216)...
