Miscellaneous Notes
•    With today’s win, K-State is now 1,543-1,081 all-time in program history.
•    K-State is now 311-98 all-time at Bramlage Coliseum, including 118-79 in conference play.
•    Head coach Bruce Weber is now 354-167 in his career and 41-12 in his second season at K-State.
•    K-State has now won 12 of its last 13 games, including 4 of 5 in Big 12 play… It marks the second straight that the Wildcats have started conference play with a 4-1 mark.
•    Today’s win gave K-State 10 home wins for the 13th consecutive season and the 21st time in the 26-year history of Bramlage Coliseum… The team has won 10 straight at home.
•    K-State is now 27-2 at home under Weber, including 11-1 in Big 12 play.
•    K-State is now 115-19 overall at home since 2006-07, including 46-15 at home in Big 12 play.
•    Today’s match-up marked the 5th meeting between the two schools… The Wildcats are now 4-1 against the Mountaineers, including 3-0 since West Virginia joined the Big 12 in 2012.
•    The Wildcats’ starting lineup consisted of freshman guard Marcus Foster, senior guard Will Spradling, senior guard Shane Southwell, freshman forward Wesley Iwundu and junior forward Thomas Gipson… This is the 13th time K-State has used this starting lineup this season and now holds a 12-1 record with this starting five.

Team Notes
•    K-State scored 78 points on a season-best 54.9 percent (28-of-51), including 42.9 percent (9-of-21) from 3-point range… The 78 points were the second-most scored by the Wildcats this season and the most since posting 87 vs. Central Arkansas on Dec. 1, 2013.
•    K-State is now 25-1 under Weber when scoring 70 or more points, including 10-0 this season.
•    K-State saw three players scored in double figures, including Shane Southwell (20), Thomas Gipson (20) and Marcus Foster (15)… It marked the first time this season that two Wildcats have posted 20-point games in the same contest and the first time since Rodney McGruder and Angel Rodriguez did it vs. Iowa State on Feb. 9, 2013.
•    K-State continued to share the ball at a high rate, dishing out 22 assists on 28 made field goals – the Wildcats lead the Big 12 in assist-to-field goals success rate at 64 percent.  
•    K-State’s stellar defense was on display again, holding West Virginia to their lowest point total of the season at 56 points on a season-low 32.7 percent (16-of-49) shooting… The Wildcats have now held 13 of their last 17 opponents to their season low in points scored.
•    K-State has held 26 opponents to 60 points or less under Weber with an impressive 24-2 record in those games, including a perfect 10-0 this season.
•    The Wildcats had a strong shooting performance in the first half, going 14-of-24 (58.3%) from the field… K-State went into halftime holding a 37-24 lead… The Wildcats are 12-1 this season when leading at halftime and 36-2 under Weber.

Individual Notes
•    Shane Southwell finished the day with 20 points on 6-of-10 shooting from the field, including 4-of-8 from beyond the arc... This marks his 23rd career double-figure scoring game and the second 20-point game of his career… Southwell also pulled in 5 rebounds on the day.
•    Thomas Gipson replicated Southwell’s scoring line as he also poured in 20 points to go along with a team-high tying 6 rebounds… He has scored in double digits in 10 of the last 14 games.
•    Jevon Thomas recorded a game- and career-high 8 assists with zero turnovers… Thomas has now led the Wildcats in assists in 5 of the 7 games he has played… Thomas logged a team-high 32 minutes against the Mountaineers.
•    Freshman Marcus Foster chipped in 15 points despite playing only 13 minutes on the day… Foster has scored in double-figures in 15 of the last 17 games.
•    Nino Williams matched Gipson’s effort on the glass as he also grabbed 6 rebounds.
•    Will Spradling recorded a season-best and game-high 3 steals to go along with 5 points.
