Coaching Experience - Joined the K-State staff in February 1998... Entering his 20th year of coaching... His 2001 offensive line helped RB Josh Scobey to the Wildcats' single-season rushing record despite a rash of injuries that forced the line to have eight different starting lineups in 12 games... Wildcats' running game in 2001 added 30 yards per game to the single-season team rushing record, finishing fifth in the nation at 257.7 yards per game... Under Dunn in 2000, K-State's offensive line allowed just nine sacks and blocked for a running game that averaged 198 yards per game and scored 42 touchdowns... Line play allowed QB Jonathan Beasley and Scobey to rush for a combined 33 touchdowns... K-State rushed for a school-record 42 rushing touchdowns in both 1998 and 2000 and added 31 in 1999, the top three season totals in school history... Spent the 1996 and 1997 seasons at Vanderbilt, where he was the offensive line coach for the Commodores... Went to Vanderbilt from Cincinnati, where he coached the Bearcat offensive linemen for two years... Prior to that, Dunn had 12 years of coaching experience - all with the offensive line... He was at Edinboro for three seasons and at Rutgers in 1989 prior to moving to Maine for four years... Began his coaching career at his alma mater, Pittsburgh, as a graduate assistant, then spent two seasons under Joe Paterno at Penn State in a similar role.

Playing Experience - Was a standout player for the Pittsburgh Panthers, starting on and off for three seasons and was a member of five bowl teams... Was a college roommate of NFL star quarterback Dan Marino.

Personal - Born July 7, 1960, in Philadelphia, Pa... Competed in football, basketball and baseball at Interboro High in suburban Glenolden... He and wife Melody have three children -- Katlyn, Casey and Kelsey.
