2010: An honorable mention All-Big 12 pick by the Associated Press... Ranked fourth in the Big 12 in overall TFLs at 15.0, while he was third with 10.5 vs. conference opponents... Led the team in tackles with 92... Had a career best 3.0 TFLs at Baylor and 2.0 against both Kansas and Colorado... Both of his TFLs against the Jayhawks were sacks, marking a career best... Registered a career-high 16 tackles at Colorado, including 14 solo stops, to go along with a pass breakup... His 16 tackles were the most by a Wildcat since Josh Buhl had 18 against Marshall on Sept. 20, 2003... His 14 solo stops were also the most since Lamar Chapman also had 14 against Ohio on Sept. 13, 1997... Bettered his 11-tackle effort at Missouri the week prior, while he had another double-digit tackle game (10) against Nebraska... Made 3 stops and forced a fumble against Iowa State before carding 6 tackles at Texas Tech... Carded 4 tackles against UMass, while bringing down 3 ball carriers against Missouri.
JUNIOR COLLEGE: Played the 2008 season for the Fort Scott Greyhounds as a strong safety, earning All-Jayhawk Conference honorable mention honors... Helped Fort Scott earn a 9-2 record and a No. 6 national ranking in 2008... Recorded 70 tackles, including 52 solo stops, while intercepting two passes and forcing one fumble... Carded a season-high eight tackles on two occasions, against Kilgore College and Dodge City CC... Also tallied one pick against each school... Collected seven tackles against Air Force Prep and six stops against Hutchinson CC... Also returned seven kickoffs for a 19.7-yard average.
HIGH SCHOOL: Played his senior season at Harvey High School in Painesville, Ohio... Helped the Raiders earn a 7-3 record en route to a league championship...
