2001 (Junior) - Earned 2002 PAUL COFFMAN AWARD for spring work in weight room... FIRST TEAM ACADEMIC ALL-BIG 12 SELECTION... Earned JIM KLEINAU AWARD honoring hard work, loyalty and commitment... Played in all 11 games at linebacker... Saw most of his action at middle linebacker, serving as a back-up to consensus All-Big 12 performer Ben Leber... Collected 11 total tackles on the season, including seven solo stops... Had a pair of TFLs for 11 yards, including a sack for 10 yards...
