2012: Played in eight games, making four starts... Finished the season with 19 tackles before an injury cut his season short... Carded two tackles against Miami before registering six against North Texas, including one for a loss... Made four stops against Kansas, including a career high two tackles for loss... Also had three tackles against West Virginia.

2011: Played in all 13 games with 11 starts... Totaled 52 tackles, including 3.5 for loss, three pass break ups and a forced fumble... Best game of the year came at Miami when he made eight stops, including the game-winner at the goal line on fourth down... Recorded final three tackles and four of the last seven en route to Big 12 Defensive Player of the Week honors... Carded four stops, including a half TFL, and one pass breakup against Missouri... Set a season high with nine stops at Texas Tech, including eight in the first quarter alone... Tied his season-high mark with nine tackles at Texas... Carded four stops, including a half TFL and a pass breakup, against Missouri... Registered four stops against Iowa State to go along with a TFL and a forced fumble... Had five stops against Kent State.

2010: A true freshman who appeared in all 13 games, starting two... Totaled 47 tackles, one sack and one interception on the year... Earned freshman All-America honors from Phil Steele... Tallied 38 tackles over the final four games, the most by a Wildcat freshman since 1996... Carded 12 tackles and recorded his first career interception at Missouri... Performance against the Tigers followed and 11-tackle effort vs. Texas... Had nine tackles and one tackle for loss at Colorado... Tallied seven stops, including a sack, at Kansas, while he made six tackles at North Texas.

HIGH SCHOOL: A three-star prospect, the ninth-best player in the Sunflower State and the 59th-best outside linebacker prospect by Rivals.com... Was named a First Team All-Metro linebacker by the Kansas City Star and was recognized by the Topeka Capital-Journal and Wichita Eagle as a First Team All-State 6A linebacker... Named to PrepStar's All-Region team... Led the North Eagles to a 13-0 record and a 6A state championship as a senior.
