Spring Game to Air on 11 Stations and SiriusXM

MANHATTAN, Kan. - Kansas State's 2012 spring football game on Saturday will be broadcast live on radio over 11 stations across the state of Kansas and in the Kansas City Metro area, as well as world-wide on SiriusXM, K-State Sports Network officials announced Thursday. The game, which will kick at 1:10 p.m., will be available on Sirius 113 / XM 193 for satellite radio subscribers. A special Purple-White pre-game show will open the broadcast at 12:45 p.m., 25 minutes prior to kick. The voice of the Wildcats, Wyatt Thompson, and former K-State quarterback Stan Weber will call the action with Matt Walters providing updates from the sidelines. K-StateHD.TV, which continues to lead the nation in both monthly and yearly subscribers among the CBS network, will also carry live video coverage of the game along with the K-State Gameday pregame show beginning at 12:45 p.m. For information on how to subscribe to the network, visit www.K-StateHD.tv.
