Television Picks for First Three FB Games Announced

MANHATTAN, Kan. – K-State’s first three football games will air to a full national audience, including an appearance on FX for its highly anticipated matchup with Miami, as the Big 12 Conference announced today television selections for the opening weeks of the season.
The Wildcats’ September 1 season opener against Missouri State will be aired live exclusively to a world-wide audience on K-StateHD.TV, before FX crews head to Manhattan the following week for the 11 a.m. matchup with the Hurricanes. Closing out the non-conference schedule will be a full national telecast on FSN when North Texas heads to Bill Snyder Family Stadium on September 15 for a 6 p.m. contest. Television selections for the remaining nine games will be announced 12 days prior to each contest.
The sold-out matchup with Missouri State is slated for a 6:10 p.m. kick from Bill Snyder Family Stadium and K-StateHD.TV programming will begin at 5:10 p.m. with its K-State Gameday show featuring Brian Smoller and former Wildcat great and 2012 College Football Hall of Fame inductee Mark Simoneau.
