MANHATTAN, Kan. – Kansas State Athletics officials announced Thursday that all reserved seating in Bill Snyder Family Stadium has been sold out for next Thursday’s Big 12 North football matchup between Kansas State and sixth-ranked Nebraska.
However, a limited number of general admission tickets for seating on the grassy hill in the northeast corner of the stadium have been made available for purchase. Those tickets, priced at $75, can only be purchased in person at the K-State Athletics Ticket Office at Bramlage Coliseum during regular business hours of 8:30 a.m., to 5:30 p.m.
Bill Snyder Family Stadium will be at full capacity for the third time in four home games next Thursday when the Wildcats and Huskers, both 4-0 on the season, square off in a nationally-televised conference battle. Thursday’s sellout crowd will also mark the first time since 2000 that three Wildcat home games in the same season have drawn more than 50,000 fans.
“Our crowds at Bill Snyder Family Stadium this season have been terrific and we expect Thursday night’s atmosphere to be even more electric,” Athletics Director John Currie said. “We want to encourage fans to arrive early and give themselves plenty of time to get to the stadium as we utilize this special Thursday night platform to showcase our program, university and fan base.”
Thursday’s game with Nebraska will be televised nationally by ESPN with kickoff set for 6:30 p.m. at Bill Snyder Family Stadium. Parking and traffic details pertaining to Thursday’s game will be released early next week.
