2000-01: Set the course record at Colbert Hills Golf Course, firing a 5-under-par 67 on January 23, 2001...captured his first career win at Fairway Club Invitational (9/11-12/00)...improved on his career-best low round at Branson Creek Invitational (4/14-15/00) with a 3-under-par 68 ...had three top-15 finishes during the fall season, including eighth place at the Kansas Invitational...first on the team in stroke average at 75.53 shots per round...led the Wildcats in four events during season.
1999-00: Named to the All-Big 12 Championship team (4/25/00) after tying for eighth with rounds of 71-69-77=217... was the first Wildcat to shoot under par at the conference championship since Prairie Dunes began hosting the event in 1992, with a second-round 1-under-par 69...had four top-20 finishes, the most of any Wildcat...had a career- best second-place finish at the Northern Invasion Intercollegiate (2/28/00)...led the team in stroke average at 75.0 and was second in rounds played at 28.
1998-99: Became K-State’s first-ever contestant in the U.S. Amateur along with fellow Wildcat Scott McNeely...competed in nine of 11 events as a freshman...placed 21st at the Wildcat Intercollegiate...chipped in on the 18th hole at the Wildcat Intercollegiate to give K-State a share of the title...had a then-career- best round of 73 at the Louisiana Classic ...pieced together the most consistent tournament of his first year at the Big 12 Championships, leading the ‘Cats with a 36th-place finish.
High School: Two-time team MVP at Olathe North...named all-city, conference and county as a senior...three-time Missouri and Kansas Amateur Championship participant, winning at least one match every time out.
