K-State Unveils WBB Ticket Promotions

K-State Women's Basketball Tickets Available Here

MANHATTAN, Kan. –
Kansas State Athletics announced on Wednesday a number of single game ticket promotions for the 16 women’s basketball games in Bramlage Coliseum for the 2013-14 season. All individual game tickets will be available through the K-State Athletics Ticket Office (800-221-CATS, www.kstatesports.com) beginning Wednesday, Oct. 9, at 8:30 a.m.

Prices for single game tickets this season are: $5 for general admission youth, $8 general admission adult, $9 for bench seating and $12 for chairback.

Season tickets remain available, including the Wildcat 4-Pack season ticket package of four general admission tickets for $200. General admission tickets are also available for only $20 for football or men’s basketball season ticket holders. New this year, K-State women’s basketball will be offering specific benefits for each game exclusively to Chairback season ticket holders. Included in the ticket book will be coupons for each home game redeemable at Bramlage Coliseum for 16 specific benefits including free parking, free and discounted concession items, exclusive invitations and more.

K-State will offer a “Conference Mini-Plan” of five Big 12 games this season. The mini-plan, which provides a savings of $20 from the regular price, is just $45 for general admission tickets and a $5 concessions voucher for each of the following games: Thursday, Jan. 2 against Baylor, Wednesday, Jan. 8 against Oklahoma State, Wednesday, Jan. 29 against Oklahoma, Wednesday, Feb. 12 against Texas and Monday, March 3 against TCU.

K-State will also offer a “Holiday Mini-Plan,” which includes a general admission ticket to all of the following games: Wednesday, Nov. 20 against Wichita State, Saturday, Dec. 7 against Grambling State, Sunday, Dec. 15 against UC Santa Barbara and Thursday, Jan. 2 against Baylor.

Youth teams and campers will be invited to attend any of the four “Youth Team/Camper Nights” as a group free of charge. The dates this season are: Wednesday, Nov. 20, against Wichita State; Saturday, Dec. 7 against Grambling State; Wednesday, Jan. 29, against Oklahoma; and Saturday, Feb. 22, against West Virginia. For the fourth straight season, K-State will take part in the NCAA’s “Pack the House” initiative. This year’s “Pack the House” game will be on Saturday, Jan. 18, as the Wildcats host Iowa State. All tickets for the game, as well as a number of concessions items, will be available for just $1 each. This game will also be the annual celebration of the partnership between K-State women’s basketball and the 1st Sustainment Brigade of Fort Riley. The K-State men’s basketball team is also in action Jan. 18 in Bramlage Coliseum as the host West Virginia.

Kansas State finished the 2012-13 season ranked 32nd in the nation in average attendance with 3,284 fans per game coming through the turnstiles. It is the tenth time in the last 12 seasons that K-State has finished among the top-35 in the nation in average attendance.
