MANHATTAN, Kan. – Kansas State Athletics announced on Monday the entire home schedule for K-State women’s basketball will be broadcast this season. The additional televised games will be available on either FOX Sports Midwest, FOX Sports Kansas City, Cox Cable/Metro Sports or K-StateHD.TV.

K-State will play five games this season on FOX Sports Midwest with the debut broadcast coming in K-State’s second exhibition game on Nov. 5 against Washburn at 7 p.m. Additional games for FOX Sports Midwest this season include: Nov. 30 against Mississippi Valley State at 7 p.m., Dec. 9 against South Dakota at 2 p.m., Jan. 16 against Baylor at 7 p.m., and Feb. 6 against Oklahoma at 7 p.m. These games can be seen throughout Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Iowa, Illinois and Indiana.

K-State will also play one game this season on FOX Sports Kansas City. The Wildcats will host Texas on Feb. 13 at 7 p.m., on FOX Sports Kansas City. The game can be seen in Kansas and the Kansas City-area.

The Wildcats will have four games broadcast by FOX College Sports this season, which will be available to a national audience on cable and satellite packages. The first game on the FOX College Sports schedule will be Nov. 11 against Arkansas-Pine Bluff at 2 p.m., on Fox College Sports Pacific. The remaining three games will be broadcast on FOX College Sports Central. The games are: Jan. 23 against Oklahoma State at 7 p.m., Feb. 23 against Iowa State at 2 p.m., and March 2 against Texas Tech at 12:30 p.m.

The ten games on the FOX Sports Networks will be produced by K-StateHD.TV and distributed by FOX Sports and FOX College Sports.

K-State will play two games on Cox 22/Metro Sports this season. The games on Cox 22/Metro Sports this season are Dec. 16 against UTEP at 2 p.m., and Feb. 2 against Kansas at 2 p.m. The games are available to Cox Cable subscribers within the state of Kansas.

The Wildcats will also play three games on K-StateHD.TV in 2012-13, beginning with the exhibition opener against Fort Hays State on Thursday, Nov. 1. K-StateHD.TV will also broadcast the 2012-13 season opener against Idaho State on Nov. 9 at 5:30 p.m., and the Big 12 home-opener on K-StateHD.TV against new Big 12 member TCU on Jan. 5 at 6 p.m.

In addition to the two games broadcast on K-StateHD.TV, the Wildcats will have a unique pregame show broadcast on K-StateHD.TV called K-State Gameday, prior to 10 games this season in Bramlage Coliseum. K-State Gameday, hosted by Brian Smoller and former letterwinner and three-time Academic All-Big 12 selection Danielle Zanotti, will air on K-StateHD.TV, 30 minutes before the following games: Nov. 1 against Fort Hays State, Nov. 9 against Idaho State, Jan. 5 against TCU, Jan. 12 against West Virginia, Jan. 23 against Oklahoma State, Feb. 2 against Kansas, Feb. 6 against Oklahoma, Feb. 13 against Texas, Feb. 23 against Iowa State and March 2 against Texas Tech.

K-State owns a 106-65 (.620) all-time record when playing on television, including a 65-42 mark on the FSN family of networks. Since the start of the 2002-03 season, the Wildcats will have appeared on television at least 145 times. During the 2011-12 season, Kansas State played a school record 23 games on either regional or national television networks.

K-State returns six letterwinners and two starters from the 13th NCAA Tournament squad in school history, including two-time All-Big 12 First Team selection and 2012-13 All-America candidate Brittany Chambers. The Wildcats registered an overall record of 20-14 and a 9-9 mark in Big 12 action which resulted in a tie for fourth in the league standings. Head coach Deb Patterson, K-State’s all-time wins leader, returns to the sidelines for her 17th season in Bramlage Coliseum. Patterson will welcome in seven newcomers to her roster in 2012-13, including WBCA junior college All-American Ashlynn Knoll.

Season ticket prices for the 2012-13 K-State women’s basketball season begin at just $3 per game when fans purchase a Wildcat 4-Pack of four or more general admission tickets for $50 each. Other season ticket options include Reserved Bench and Cat Cushion tickets at $99 per seat, as well as Chairback seats for $132 each (plus a $50 donation per season ticket account to the Ahearn Fund). For the first time, K-State football and men’s basketball season ticket holders are eligible for a significant discount on general admission season tickets, which can be purchased for just $20 each.

All women’s basketball season ticket holders can participate in the roll-over ticket program for the upcoming season. Fans may redeem unused game tickets for general admission seats to future games by visiting the K-State Ticket Office at least one day prior to the game they are interested in attending.

K-State faculty and staff can purchase discounted season tickets in the Chairback sections at $110 each and Reserved Bench/Cat Cushion sections at $79 per ticket. A limited number of premium courtside and floor-level seats are also on sale for $165 each, with per-seat Ahearn Fund donations of $500 required for courtside tickets and $100 for floor-level seats.

For the first time, K-State will offer a “Starting 5” mini-plan for five games this season. The “Starting 5” mini-plan begins at $25 for general admission tickets and includes the following games: Sunday, Nov. 11 against Arkansas-Pine Bluff; Sunday, Dec. 9 against South Dakota; Wednesday, Jan. 16 against Baylor; Wednesday, Feb. 6 against Oklahoma and Saturday, March 2 against Texas Tech.

K-State will offer a “Wildcat Weekday 4 Pack” at four games this season. The $30 “Wildcat Weekday 4 Pack” includes four general admission tickets and four concessions vouchers valid for a hot dog, chips and a drink. Selected games for the “Wildcat Weekday 4 Pack” are: Wednesday, Jan. 16 against Baylor, Wednesday, Jan. 23 against Oklahoma State, Wednesday, Feb. 6 against Oklahoma and Wednesday, Feb. 13 against Texas.

Prices for single game tickets this season are: $5 for general admission youth, $8 general admission adult, $9 for bench seating and $12 for chairback. To purchase tickets, fans can contact the K-State Athletics Ticket Office at (800) 221-CATS or visit www.kstatesports.com/tickets.
