K-State Rowing at 2013 SIRA Championships

The K-State Wildcats rowed their way to a pair of gold medals and one bronze at the 2013 SIRA Championships.

2011-12 - Debuted in the spring in the 1N8 at the OU Invitational...aided the Wildcats in their sweep of KU by defeating them in the 1N8...earned a bronze medal at SIRAs...finished the season with a 4th place finish in the 1N8 at the C-USA Championship.

Cowley County CC - Played basketball two seasons for the Tigers helping them to a Jayhawk East Conference championship in 2011 and 25-8 record... team went 21-11 her freshman year.

High School - Letter three years in basketball helping Medicine Lodge HS to substate runner-up in 2008... lettered in track and field four years qualifying for the state championship meet twice in the triple jump... member 4-H

Personal - Born Oct. 16, 1990... daughter of Roger and Twila Angell... has three sisters, Marcie, Mindy and Kimberly.
