K-State Rowing at 2013 SIRA Championships

The K-State Wildcats rowed their way to a pair of gold medals and one bronze at the 2013 SIRA Championships.

2011-12: Debuted in the fall in the N8 and N4 at the Head of the Des Moines with gold medal finishes in each boat... earned a gold medal in the N8 at the Head of the Oklahoma... rowed in the 1N8 throughout the spring... aided the Wildcats in their sweep of KU by defeating them in the 1N8... earned a bronze medal at SIRAs... finished the season with a 4th place finish at the C-USA Championship.

High School: Graduated from Gardner-Edgerton High School... played volleyball and basketball.

Personal: Born November 29, 1992... daughter of Rich and Janet Smith... studying nutrition and kinesiology.
