About the Camps: |

Coaching: Our camps will be taught exclusively by the K-State coaching staff, Head Coach Steve Bietau and Assistant Coach Olga Klimova. Coach Bietau has over 30 years coaching experience, Coach Klimova was a top player and Team Captain at K-State. She also earned a degree in Psychology from K-State and has been coaching at the Division I level for two years. To maintain a low student/ teacher ratio, space in each session is limited. K-State Tennis Camps are commuter camps and open to all participants.
Mission: To help youngsters develop the skills and love of the game that will help them enjoy all the benefits of playing tennis for years to come

QuickStart Camp: |
We are excited to be offering camps using the Quickstart Tennis Format for youngsters age 5- 11 who are just starting the game.
QuickStart Tennis is a new format to help kids ten and under learn and play the game. To make it easier for them, we changed a few things. The court sizes. The racquet sizes. The balls. The scoring system. Even the net height. Now any child between ages five and eleven can start playing tennis almost immediately-even if he or she has never picked up a racquet before.
Like other popular youth sports, QuickStart stresses the importance of play and team competition. Our goal in Quickstart camps is for kids to have fun playing with their friends and develop skills that will become the foundation of their game.
QuickStart Camp 1 for kids ages 5-8
June 6-9, 8:00-8:45am
QuickStart Camp 2 for kids ages 8-10
June 6-9, 9:00-10:00am
QuickStart Camp 3 for kids ages 10-11
June 6-9 10:30am-12:30pm

High School Camp: |
High School Camp is for players who are beginning to compete and anticipate playing on their High School Team. Strokes, conditioning, and patterns of play for singles and doubles will all be covered. This is a more intensive camp that meets for 4 hours per/day (2-2 hour sessions)
HIgh School Girls Camp
August 1-4,
Mornings 9-11; Afternoons 1-3
