Athletic Business Office

The Athletic Business Office is responsible for the oversight of all departmental and intercollegiate athletic corporation business and financial operations, procurement activities, human resource functions, systems information management, contract compliance and coordination, and student-athlete aid and insurance.
Meet the Staff
	Kim Linck Interim Business Manager kimlinck@k-state.edu Provides financial oversight of men’s and women's golf, women’s volleyball, tennis, equestrian, track and field and rowing. Also manages the finances of the K-State band and cheer squads. Oversees procurement functions and accounts payable.
	April Havenstein Business Office Accountant ahavenst@k-state.edu Works with every sport and department in athletics at Kansas State. Responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable and staff travel reimbursements. Prepares credit applications for hotels and other vendors as needed. Maintains book card database and distributes book cards to student athletes. Distributes room and board stipends to student athletes.
	Cindy Williams Human Resource Manager clwzea@k-state.edu Responsible for all full-time employee processing forms and benefit documents. Manages the employee health care program and departmental retirement and insurance plans.
	Karen Biehler Human Resource Specialist karenbi@k-state.edu Responsible for all part-time employee processing forms and documents. Manages department’s bi-weekly and supplemental payrolls. Oversees insurance requirements of athletic courtesy car program.
	Doug Williams Information Technology Manager dwilld312@k-state.edu Responsible for all information technology operations for the athletics department and intercollegiate athletic corporation.
