Wildcats Fall in Triple-Overtime, 87-82, to Oregon State

CORVALLIS, Ore. (AP) - Kevin Field's short jumper with 49.3 seconds left put Oregon State ahead for good and the Beavers went on to beat Kansas State 87-82 in three overtimes Saturday night.

J.S. Nash's 3-pointer gave the Beavers a 72-69 lead in the first overtime, but Massey's jumper and free throw tied it again at 72 with 23.4 seconds to go and the Beavers were unable to answer.
But Massey's put-back tied it at 61 with 26.3 seconds to go, and the game went into overtime.
