Student Ticket Pickup Dates Announced
Oct 17, 2005 | Men's Basketball
All ticket types will be available for pickup, including ICAT, general admission, reserved and the Big 12 Pack. Students must present a valid K-State student ID to receive their tickets.
The Wildcats, under sixth-year Coach Jim Wooldridge, begin play Thursday, Nov. 3 with an exhibition against the EA Sports All-Stars. The regular-season opener is Friday, Nov. 18 against
One of the changes students will notice in Bramlage Coliseum this year is the new bench location for the K-State team. The Wildcats will be taking the bench at the north end of the arena, in front of Sections 18 and 19, with the visiting team moving to the south end in front of Sections 20 and 21. The change is the result of a new Big 12 policy requiring the home bench to be nearest the team’s pep band, which is seated at the north end of the court.
In addition, a designated seating area for student ICAT members has been reinstated. Students who have purchased ICAT tickets will have first opportunity to sit in Sections 19 and 20 on a first-come, first-served basis up until 30 minutes prior to tipoff. After that time, students with general admission tickets will be permitted into those sections.
The areas designated for student general admission seating are Sections 21 through 24. Reserved seating for students will be located in Section 18, rows 11 and above.
Students who have not yet purchased men’s basketball tickets may do so beginning Monday, October 24. General admission and reserved tickets are available at the cost of $69 for the 19-game men’s home schedule. ICAT tickets are sold out.
