Prince to host signing day event for fans

MANHATTAN, Kan. - The Kansas State football program will host the inaugural "Signing Day with Head Coach Ron Prince" on Wednesday, Feb. 1, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the K-State Alumni Center, athletics department officials announced Thursday.
The first-of-its-kind event for K-State fans will be hosted by Coach Prince, who will provide commentary on the Wildcats 2006 recruiting class and answer questions regarding the class. The event will also feature short highlight videos of each of the signees.
Tickets purchased for the event prior to Jan. 30 are priced at $5 for the general public and $3 for Kansas State students (with K-State I.D.). Any remaining tickets not purchased by Jan. 30 will be sold at the door on Feb. 1 for $7.
Fans interested in ordering tickets for "Signing Day with Head Coach Ron Prince" may do so in person at the K-State Athletic Ticket Office in Bramlage Coliseum or by calling toll-free, 1-800-221-CATS. The ticket office is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday.
