Dates Announced for Bob Huggins Camps

Huggins will offer four camps this summer, the Father-Son Camp on June 16-17, two Overnight Individual Camps on June 25-28 and July 9-12 and the Day Camp on July 17-20.
The Father-Son Camp offers a father and son (ages kindergarten through eighth grade) a great opportunity to spend a special weekend together on the K-State campus June 16-17. Emphasis will be on teaching fundamentals to the fathers, who in turn teach them to their son. The camp features a Friday evening barbeque, guest speakers, instructional stations and scrimmages with and against current Wildcat players. Space is limited to the first 100 Father and Son pairs who sign up. The cost is $100 per person.
There will be two Overnight Individual Camps that run from June 25-28 and July 9-12 for kids age 8-18. The primary emphasis will be on developing fundamental skills in shooting, passing, dribbling, rebounding and defense. Skills will be taught through instructional stations, 3-on-3 games and 5-on-5 games. The camp also features daily skills competition, dunk contests and instruction by K-State coaches and players. The cost is $275 per person for overnight campers and $210 per person for commuters.
The final camp will be the Day Camp, which runs from July 17-20 for kids and kindergarten through eighth grade. The primary emphasis will be basic fundamentals of dribbling, passing, shooting, rebounding and defense. Skills will be taught through instructional stations, 3-on-3 games and 5-on-5 games. The camp also features daily skills competition, dunk contests and instruction by K-State coaches and players. The cost is $210 for each camper.
Huggins and his staff will instruct and direct the camp, while K-State players, college and high school coaches will also work with the campers.
