MANHATTAN, Kan. - Kansas State athletics officials announced today that all tickets for the Wildcats' home football game on October 14 against Nebraska have been sold.
The sell-out marks the fourth straight visit by Nebraska since the stadium's expansion in 1999 that a crowd of at least 50,000 will be on hand to watch the Wildcats and Cornhuskers.
Tickets are still available for the Wildcats' other remaining home games, including Saturday's match-up against No. 8 Louisville. In addition, officials said the University of Texas had returned a number of tickets from its allotment for the game on November 11 that are now available to the general public.
Tickets may be purchased in person at the K-State Athletic Ticket Office in Bramlage Coliseum, by calling 800-221-CATS or ordering on-line at www.k-tatesports.com.
