On her overall thoughts of the game...
“Great game by K-State. We wish them all the best. I don’t think this was our best game offensively at all. There were a lot of things missing from us, and we have seen that for the last three weeks. (Dana) Olsen and (Carlai) Moore kind of disappeared in our offense. A lack of aggressiveness really hurt us on the offensive end. I thought we did a decent job containing K-State in the beginning. Holding them to 31 points in the first half was probably right on target. Unfortunately we turned the ball over and they can just score so quickly. They have a lot of different weapons and I know that is something that they have been focusing on. So we are disappointed, but very proud of our team for a great year, a year that nobody expected. There are a lot of positives coming back to this program.”
On the offensive struggle...
“I can’t really say that it was their defense. I am not ready to concede to that. I really thought we were passive. We knew exactly what to expect. They were flying all over the place. Any head fake, they were going for it. I just felt like we couldn’t conclude anything and we have really struggled with that all year.”
On K-State’s early run...
“Obviously they are a team that can score and for the last couple of weeks they have really been focusing on their offensive output. (Dana) Olsen misses a lay-up, (Carlai)
