The 6-6, 265-pound defensive end is currently ranked third in the Big 12 Conference and 22nd nationally with 8.5 tackles for loss, while also ranking first nationally among freshmen in tackles for loss. His 3.0 sacks also rank second in the Big 12 among freshmen defensive linemen.
His 27 total tackles in 2008 also rank first in the Big 12 among freshmen defensive linemen, third among all freshmen defenders and fourth among all defensive linemen in the league.
Harold collected a career-best seven tackles, including two sacks, against Louisiana this season, while he has recorded 24 total tackles in his last five games and multiple stops in every game this season.
