K-State games to air on ESPN Full Court

MANHATTAN, Kan. Fans will now have more opportunities to see the Kansas State men’s basketball team this season, as the athletics department announced today that its 10 games on FSN Kansas City will be available on the ESPN Full Court package as well as on its internet provider, ESPN360.

This allows more fans to view these 10 key contests, as Big 12 guidelines restrict FSN’s viewing area to cable and satellite homes in the state of Kansas and throughout the Kansas City area.

The schedule begins with Friday’s home season opener against Florida A&M. It also includes non-conference contests with Emporia State on Wednesday, Nov. 19, Oakland on Tuesday, Nov. 25, Southern Mississippi at the Sprint Center in Kansas City on Thursday, Dec. 11, Wagner on Tuesday, Dec. 30, Idaho State on Saturday, Jan. 3 and Chicago State on Monday, Jan. 5. The Big 12 portion begins with a home game against Missouri on Wednesday, Jan. 28, and follows with a home game against Iowa State on Tuesday, Feb. 3 before concluding with a road tilt at Iowa State on Saturday, Feb. 21.

With the addition of these games on the ESPN Full Court package, fans will be able to see 26 regular-season contests (including all 16 conference games) as well as those at the Phillips 66 Big 12 Championship on at least one of the ESPN family of networks (ESPN on ABC, ESPN2, ESPNU, ESPN Full Court and ESPN360). Kansas State’s games on the newly-branded Big 12 Network will also be available on ESPN Full Court and ESPN360.
