That happens when you play road games, but when we go into our league that might be something that will bite us. I was proud of my guys because they did not quit. When you dig yourself into a hole on the road, it really hurts. But, like I said, I was proud of our guys because they did not quit.”
On what you are going to learn from this game...
“I learned that we have to be more physical also. The game is physical. We have to get back on defense and in the second half I did not think we got back. We are a small team. But when we put a body on them and they come over our back, you would think you would get a call.”

“We are a team. You have to win and lose together. We have to work on the little things like playing hard and going to every loose ball, and rebounding. Most importantly, we have to go hard all the time. If we get that down, then we will be alright. I thought a couple of our guys got rattles a bit, but once we got used to the tough environment, I think we were ready to play. I was surprised we got outrebounded. We work on that a lot. Everybody has to go hard all the time and not just a few people. K-State was good. (Jacob) Pullen was a really good shooter.”
