CAROL ROBINSON WINTER PENTATHLON
Date and Time: Friday, December 12, 2008
Men’s Pentathlon begins at 10:00 a.m.
Women’s Pentathlon begins at 10:30 a.m.
Place: All events will be held in Ahearn Field House on the Ward Haylett Track. Our track surface is Rekortan and our shot put ring is concrete.
Eligibility: This competition is open and by invitation. The field will be limited to a maximum of twelve competitors. The field will be selected from the scores entered in the meet. Entry scores must be submitted with a copy of meet results for verification.
DUE TO NEW NCAA LEGISLATION NO HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETES ARE ALLOWED TO COMPETE!
New NCAA Rule: Section 1. Misconduct: Misconduct is any act of dishonesty, unsportsmanlike conduct, unprofessional behavior or breach of law occurring at the locale of the competition or warm-up, that discredits the event or intercollegiate athletics. Misconduct includes the intentional reporting of false marks for entry purposes. Acts of misconduct are subject to reprimand or ejection by the referee or meet management.
Entries: Entries must be done ON-LINE. Entries must be completed and declared by noon on Monday, December 8, 2008. Accepted entries will be emailed Tuesday, December 9th. Make sure the email address on your entry is working.
Acceptable Entries: All marks must be verifiable. Only marks from this season or last season will be accepted. No high school marks will be accepted. All others should be entered as NM (no mark).
